DROP FALSE RESPONSIBILITY, EMBRACE REAL MOVEMENT

I don't think in terms of "we" when it comes to the United States because I don't identify with nation states. I actively refuse to because to think in terms of a "we" is to think in terms of a homogenized reality- that there's one "America" when really there are as many Americas as there are people in them. When you disidentify with the nation state you drop the weight of false responsibility for the war machines actions and you create space for real responsibility in your sphere of impact and influence.

IMAGINATION IS THE BEGINNING OF CREATIVE RESPONSIBILITY

So many people are paralyzed by this sense of false responsibility that they can't even begin to imagine how to have an impact on their sphere of influence. When the stakes get bigger, the muscles of imagination need to be stronger. That's how you survive the unthinkable with your sovereignty intact. When your ability to respond is consciously connected to your imagination, whole worlds open up where there seemed to only be pain and limitation. If you shift your perspective towards creative responsibility now, the future won't seem like such an insurmountable challenge.

HOW TO MOVE FORWARD, RELENTLESSLY

Allow yourself to be paralyzed by the Big Screen of the United States war machine and you'll forget there's life to build for within and around you. Dream bigger and think smaller than the scope of a single nation. If you're truly concerned with being participatory in the world you love and believe in, think in the scope of your own sphere. Dream in the expanse of the universe.
